Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the electronic mail account you want to forward mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
